Attention Please: Dolci Gelati Gelato Contest is UNDERWAY … Scoops Up!

Dolci Gelati Gelato

You might not be thinking about something icy sliding down your throat and cooling your insides right this second thanks to tropical storm Andrea. In fact it might be more like, towel me off and give me a nap, however, this soon shall pass. With the blink of an eye and the flip flop of a politician, we will be right back in sweltering unforgiving heat and humidity. For me, there’s no better way (besides frigid unhealthy A/C) to cool off on the outside than through the inside. Forget about ice cold water, make it count with gelato. Our favorite (and mine too) happen to be created oh so diligently for years, by Gianluigi Dellaccio’s Dolci Gelati and marketed by his effervescent wife, Anastasia. From Naples, Italy, Chef Gianluigi is a veteran and expert in the industry, but guess what? He’s not afraid to give you/me/anyone the reigns and guide him into the land interesting flavors and combinations. That’s one of the attractions of gelato. One can be daring to get to the delicious.
