This may be old news to some in DC’s inner circles, but it can be new to you:  The recent "man about town", former ABC Bachelor/now locally stationed U.S. Navy Lt./M.D. Andy Baldwin can now add yet another title to his name.  He is one of People Magazine’s Hottest Bachelors.  I say, "Andy, keep the bachelor titles coming … and don’t settle down!"  All, enjoy the photo.
