"Blue Skyes and Clear Oceans" Benefiting EarthEcho International at Skye Lounge - Saturday, January 17th
No Comments »
Time is of the essence. Book your reservation for this fun fundraiser which will be held at the Punch Bowl’s Skye Lounge at 19th & Eye Streets, NW and will benefit Punch Community Partner EarthEcho International. EarthEcho, a 501 (c) (3) was founded by Philippe Cousteau and sister Alexandra.
We have a few new items to mention regarding the event. Dipping back into the Punch Bowl, we have been lucky to receive a Raffle Donation created by the local design house MooJoo Ken. The generous and talented folks of MooJoo Ken have offered up a Foggy Bottom bag and scarf (shown left and which, guess what? has "Change Is Good" inscribed on the bottom of the bag) which combine blues and greens, perfectly fitting the theme of this event. Valued at over $300, this matching set is SO DC and SO perfect for the new administration and yes, SO hip. But remember, you have to show up to win.
Wait, there’s more folks. Our beloved Punch Bowl is bountiful. We also came up with Casa Noble Tequila, my favorite. Join us that night and you will not only be supporting a great cause while enjoying an open bar and fantastic food, you will also get to taste varieties of the delicious Casa Noble Tequila.
Tickets are $100 online ($3 service fee) and $115 at the door. The nice people of Skye are donating $15 back from your $100 ticket.
Saturday, January 17th, 2009 - 8pm-11pm. 19th & Eye Streets. One block from the Farragut West Metro Stop (Blue & Orange Lines).
