Book your holiday party now

With the holidays literally upon us (when did those wreaths get up on the lamp posts in Georgetown?) you are probably deciding on where to book your private or corporate “Holiday Party”. 

One suggestion is Punch Highlighted Partner Skye Lounge.  The location is prime (Metro accessible at Farragut West) and easy to get to at 19th & Eye Streets, NW.   For companies or organizations who have a DVD reel that you want to loop during the event, there are five independently run plasma TVs, or you can just to have on whatever satellite channels you’d like running in the background.  Management is willing to work with you in creating an intimate, cozy event space, or you can rent out the entire venue and set up sitting areas, a dance floor, and private “Executive” area (the elevated VIP section). 

The private event food menu accommodates the hungriest partier with a variety of Mediterranean-inspired platters, while the bountiful cocktail, wine and beer list will quench your guests’ thirst.

The challenge is, parties are booking up very quickly now, so contact Skye sooner versus later to tour and look at the menus.

P.S. (Skye Lounge is also home to the only “ice-rail” in the city. Its circular bar hosts a sheet of ice where patrons can place their drink, keeping the beverage cold during their stay.  I have used it and believe me you, it keeps your drink COLD.)
