Capitol File’s Holiday Issue Party at The Park

Capitol File Magazine held its Holiday Issue Party Tuesday night at The Park.  (I feel like I have been living at The Park as of late – however, its not a bad place to call home.)  Even Jason Binn, CEO of Niche Media came to town for this event.  While I am sure he loves DC and visiting his staff at CF, I think he really came down so he could hang out with the gorgeous holiday issue covergirl, Mira Sorvino and her father, the great actor Paul Sorvino (think Goodfellas, mob movies).

Guests took over all four floors and were treated to some lite passed fare (one very garlicky cheese puff included), themed cocktails, and a serenade by Mira’s dad.  Everyone was in the holiday spirit, as no more “Happy Thanksgiving” ’s were being said, instead, we heard, “Merry Christmas” and “Happy holidays, darling!” all over the place.  And its not even December yet!  Not that I mind.  I’ll take any excuse for a party with bubbly.

We head back to The Park Thursday for Platinum Lifestyle Management’s 2 Year Anniversary Party and another holiday party being held there that evening (Toys for Tots).  Cheers!
