Chris4Life.org Gets A Makeover

There is no rest for the weary, ever, especially if you are doing the best you can do to change the current and future state of our health.  We can’t alter the past, we can only learn from it.  That’s what Chris4Life Colon Cancer continues to do everyday with innovative forward-thinking ideas which turn into reality with team work and a blind eye to faltering.

They launched its first ever interactive website designed by Concepcion Design, LLC, a far cry from their initial entrée to the web.  On it you will find an Honor a Loved One section for visitors to post photos and remembrances, expanded medical news and events section, and the Chris4Life Colorectal Cancer Resource Guide (the first of its kind) for patients that have been diagnosed with this disease. The extensive resource will be available free of charge to 25,000 patients yearly.

Also, the site will feature a weekly blog, the first one authored by founder Michael Sapienza, who writes:

One of the most painful memories of my life came about three months before my mom passed away. She had been in and out of the hospital for weeks, and on one occasion was bent over on the stairs in our foyer crying/screaming in pain. The look of fear in her face will be something I will never forget. She was terrified, to the point that the fear had crippled any thinking of anything else but that she was dying. This is still in my mind, the impetus for fighting to make sure not another single human being will ever have to suffer from this preventable disease again.

If you are interested in submitting a blog post, please contact them directly from the website.
