While Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week takes center stage in New York City during the second week of September, Washington, DC’s very own District Sample Sale (DSS), the fall season’s most fun, charitable and chic fashion event, will take DC by storm on September 9th at the Galleria at Lafayette Centre (1155 21st. St., NW).

This is an event that sells out quickly, so be sure to buy your tickets ASAP, as more than 600+ of Washington, DC most fashionable will duke it out over end of season bargains (sometimes up to 80% off) from our favorite local boutiques from Georgetown, Downtown DC and Vienna.  Plus, there will be champagne and appetizers served while you shop… I really do not think it could get any better than that. Regular tickets are $40, VIP tickets are $125 and Benefactress tickets are $250. 100% of the proceeds from the fall DSS benefit the DC Rape Crisis Center.
