Last week I went to EDGAR Bar & Kitchen located in The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel near Dupont Circle. As soon as we walked in, we felt the vibe of the power lunch destination. It epitomizes a “see and be seen” restaurant.

EDGAR features bold traditional American brasserie cuisine and specialty cocktails. We were able to try the new Spring menu and everything was delicious.
Chef Andrew Morrison leads the kitchen, his prior experience includes Fairmont Pittsburgh and Four Seasons Atlanta as well as restaurants in DC, New York and Seattle.
