Emeril Green’s Thanksgiving Show

Congratulations to Punch friend Matt Lowe’s sister Jessica Baker, who will be starring on Discovery Channel’s “Emeril Green” for its- tah-dah: Thanksgiving Day Show.  Jessica and her husband reside on Day Spring Farm in the elite Middleburg, VA, where their pasture-raised turkeys and chickens and grass-fed beef live.  

Because Emeril’s show is taped in the Fair Lakes Whole Foods Store in Fairfax, VA and airs on Planet Green, the channel dedicated to living in an eco-friendly style, he knew he wanted a locally raised perfect turkey. He chose the Day Spring Farm for that very turkey.
