Washington DC, April 29, 2008:  Executive Chef Michael Hartzer has created a special three-course Mother’s Day Brunch sure to delight the whole family.  Brunch will be available from 11am to 3 pm on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 11th) at indebleu - 707 G Street.  This year’s brunch will be $45 per person plus tax and gratuity.

In designing the Mother’s Day menu, Hartzer has put a modern American twist on traditional brunch classics by bringing in the influence of exotic spices from around the world.

PP Note:  I ate at indebleu on Monday evening and again, I was totally wow’ed by the talents of Chef Michael Hartzer.  As a person who eats out a lot (and I do mean a lot), I have been thoroughly impressed by this chef because of his creativity and ability to pull off some very interesting dishes.  The indebleu dining room is just beautiful and serene and the service is excellent.  Make a reservation today to experience this hidden treasure!
