Friendly Reminder: Newsbabes Bash for Breast Cancer
Washington, D.C. hasn’t earned a reputation for being the most “glamorous”, “beautiful”, or “sexy” city, however, “smart”, “accomplished”, “educated” are words that are more commonly used when speaking of this highly intelligent seat of power. That’s not to say that there aren’t gorgeous beings associated with these hardworking brains, because believe me, there are.
Come meet some of the women AND men who work diligently from behind the desk and on the front lines in the world of broadcast news. We lay eyes upon them every day and night and depend on them for the best news delivery and solid journalism.  Newsbabes Bash for Breast Cancer is an annual fundraiser which this year will take place at the newly re-opened Howard Theatre with honored guest Andrea Mitchell, NBC’s Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent.
Tuesday, June 19th 7pm-9pm. Men are invited too as the Newsmen in Pink will be in attendance.
Tickets are $75 and can be purchased at www.dcnewsbabes.org.
