Happy Birthday to DC by Foot

August is not only the birthday month of many Washingtonians as well as the Material Girl, but apparently DC by Foot as well. Inquiring minds want to know what is this “DC by Foot”? It’s actually exactly what the name alludes to. The group provides free informative and entertaining walking (what better way?) tours of important parts of our Nation’s Capital. It’s fun for the whole family! Just remember to leave the sexy SATC stilettos at home.
This month the organization is celebrating one year of being in business by partying it up at the Shadow Room (2131 K Street, NW) on Friday evening. Special F/F are invited from 9-11pm, but doors open to you at 11pm.
