Hudson Restaurant & Lounge to offer its own solution to high price of gas

With the rising price of gas, we all need a way to let go a little in the afternoon before we get back out on the road or the Metro.  Hudson Restaurant & Lounge is featuring drinks and appetizer prices at the same price as a gallon of regular gas. 

The happy hour drink prices on each given day will mirror the price of regular gas reported for that particular day.  So if it’s Monday July 21 and gas is reported as at a national average of $4.01, then the happy hour cocktails at Hudson will be $4.01.  The restaurant will also feature several appetizers at that rate as well, giving you a chance to save a few bucks for the pump. 

It’s simple, daily price of regular gas = Hudson happy hour drink and appetizer prices.  Gas price can be checked daily at www.hudson-dc.com.  Hudson is located at 2030 M Street, NW.

The promotion will run During Peak Travel Times Tuesday July 22, 2008 through Labor Day, Monday September 1, 2008 from 4pm until 7pm in the bar only.
