New local winery Paradise Springs …

Congratulations to fellow wine lover and friend Kirk Wiles and his Paradise Springs Winery in Clifton, VA. They have successfully made it through their first harvest.

All of their grapes have been de-stemmed, crushed, and "put to bed" in either steel tanks or oak barrels. Over the next 7 months, the juice will slowly turn into great VA wine. The Winery’s labels arrived last week and they love the look.

On Monday Paradise Springs will be bottling its 2007 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. It has been in barrel for a year and 2 months Kirk let us know it is "GOOD!"

Excellent Kirk - you know we cannot wait to taste the grapes of your labor.
