New York Avenue Has a New Address-Yale West Apartments

The opening party of the Yale West Apartments was like no other.

The list of perks the launch soiree included:

-Roll your own sushi and sake bar

-Boozy Smoothies

-Frozen Margaritas Poolside

-Ping Pong Dim Sum dumpling station

-Bourbon & Barbeque from Hill Country

-Dolci Gelati tasting cart

And last but never least the entertainment was provided by Lou Lou from Thievery Corporation.

The setting of the opening party was great because each of the perks listed above were setup in a different location within the apartments.  The smoothies were at the gym, the margaritas at the rooftop pool, the bourbon & barbeque inside one on the apartments; therefore, you had the opportunity to experience and see a variety of the property’s areas.

Yale West is setting the bar really HIGH for the rest of the apartments around the Mount Vernon Triangle area, and believe me there are more than plenty new buildings in this area, including the one I currently live in.  However, it pains me to say this, but I really left this place feeling apartment envy.  Yale West is definitely at the top of list as soon as my lease is over!  http://yalewestapts.com/
