one lounge turns one

On a frigid Tuesday night, Washington Capitals stars Alex Ovechkin, Alexander Semin and Semyon Varlamov joined one lounge co-owners Niko Papademetriou, Seth McClelland, Filipp Zeldin and Daniel Kramer (pictured) to celebrate the one year anniversary of the Dupont Circle lounge/bar/restaurant. The private event was packed with friends and media who got their groove on in every room, dined upstairs at the buffet and sipped cocktails sponsored by Perrier-Jouet, Red Bull and Svedka vodka.  For those who love the camera, the step-and-repeat was as entertaining to some as a photo booth.

Some spotted in the crowd were NBC 4 reporters Tom Sherwood and John Schriffen and ESPN’s Erik Rydholm, Glow Productions owner Pete Kalamoutsos and previous Sergeant at Arms of the United States Senate James Ziglar.
