Park Hyatt Washington will host Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, an interactive, seasonal culinary experience on Saturday, September 21, saluting the ingredients, tastes, and flavors from award-winning chefs and sommeliers, local farmers, and regional producers. This gastronomic Park Hyatt Masters event will include a premier autumn game dinner prepared by Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault & Chef de Cuisine John Melfi, highlighting the season’s best ingredients.

7:00 pm, Autumn Game Chef’s Table Dinner
Join Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault & Chef de Cuisine John Melfi, along with Javier Arez, of Huntsman Specialty Game, for an intimate Chef’s Table dinner featuring premier game and local vegetables. Located in Northern Virginia, Huntsman supplies the freshest game meat and live morsels to the Washington area.
This four-course ‘Masters’ dinner, complemented with a selection of unique wines, specially chosen by Blue Duck Tavern Sommelier Gene Alexeyev, will begin with American cheese & charcuterie boards, prepared by Park Hyatt Washington’s resident Cheese Specialist Lisa Hviding, followed by Pheasant & Foie Gras Tartine, Blue Duck Tavern Duck Torte, and Roasted Venison with Fall Vegetables. Seasonal desserts from Blue Duck Tavern’s new Pastry Chef Naomi Gallego will complete the dinner.
Tickets are priced at $155 per person, all inclusive.
