Parker Posey to Host Fashion Fights Poverty Fashion Show

I love Parker Posey.  Yes, I know, she’s been in almost 40 films, graced plenty of small flat screens with her acting abilities and managed to do some theater as well.  That’s not why I love her though. I think she is absolutely hysterical.  My favorite movies of her are those nutty spoofs: “Best in Show”, “A Mighty Wind” and “For Your Consideration“.  She is just classic in those.  I have the hugest admiration for any actor who can provide so many laughs and appear like it’s the easiest feat to accomplish. So, when I received the word late last night that THE Parker Posey stepped up to the plate in the role of Co-Host for Fashion Fights Poverty’s Fourth Annual Fashion Show, I almost fell off my chair with excitement.

Fashion Fights Poverty’s Fourth Annual Fashion show will be held at the newly renovated St. Regis Hotel on September 26th, 2008.  Posey’s Co-Host is the ever handsome Will Thomas of Fox 5 News, who has been the Co-Host in previous years with Jaci Reid.
