Starting Friday you’ll have a real excuse to play with your food! Recess Lounge located in the White House corridor will open their highly anticipated Tapas Lounge. The popular nightclub has partnered with Chef Will Vivas to also offer a full tapas menu for Happy Hour and dinner service.

Fresh Berries in Créme Anglais

With Chef Vivas’ South American roots (he used to work by his mom’s side at their small restaurant in their Venezuelan house!), guests can enjoy tapas with a twist. Favorites on the menu include fresh clams in a lightly red pepper sauce, aged mushrooms in aged balsamic, and fresh berries in créme anglais on the dessert menu.
