Last Thursday, June 27th, Wendy “Red” Ezrailson, the fashion maven of Georgetown, resumed her reign on Wisconsin Avenue with the grand opening of Reddz Trading. Founder of the legendary Commander Salamander and Up Against the Wall retail concepts, Ms. Ezrailson launched Reddz Trading, a resale clothing shop with locations in Bethesda and now Georgetown, at 1413 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W. Reddz is a modern approach to recycled designer clothing and accessories, featuring gently used Chanel, Louis, Gucci as well as other popular brands.
As if the flossy fashions weren’t enough for the evening, two-time Olympic Rower Giuseppe Lanzone and award winning actor Vincent De Paul of “West Wing” and “House of Cards” were special guests. Music was provided by DJ Neekola, wine & champagne and delicacies by Peruvian Brothers, co-owned by Giuseppe with his brother Mario Lanzone. The evening had the makings of the perfect storm—beautiful clothes and accessories, delicious food and drink, and a crowd that was totally ready to party!
They are looking for:
• Items purchased recently—within the last 2 – 3 years
• Clean, in style, mint condition items folded neatly in a bag
• Designer labels, and items from department stores and boutiques
• Clothing, handbags, shoes, jewelry and accessories
Reddz Trading will give you cash on the spot if they decide to purchase your items or you can get a Reddz Trade Card—you can take store credit. All sales are final. Seasonal buying windows are Spring/Summer clothes—January – June and Fall/Winter clothes—July – December. So, ladies, it’s time to make room for some more summer yumminess in your closets and start gathering your old winter clothes because Reddz Trading is ready for them NOW!!!
