Ride for a Better Life at ZenGo Fitness on May 11
Biking is big, or so I see everyday and hear a lot via friends who spin and cycle and get really muscular legs and glutes you could bounce a penny off a few feet. Bethesda’s ZenGo Fitness has 43 bikes and on May 11th at 6pm, they want YOU to use them for charity. Your body will thank you later. Speaking of pennies, every one will go to Chris4Life Colon Cancer Foundation that night. You can sign up for the 6pm session and it’s only $20.
Take a few steps toward living a better life HERE.
ZenGo Fitness is located at 4866 Cordell Avenue | Bethesda, MD 20814 | 301-312-6658
Thanks to Nick Assad of MedClimate for organizing.
