The First Annual Burgundy and Gold Party - Presented by The Sports Action Committee

Forget about PAC’s - it’s August and time to think about SAC’s … or sacks, rather.  The NFL preseason is underway and Washingtonians have already started purchasing their 2008-09 season burgundy and gold face paint.

images Not a face painter but still a die hard ‘Skins fan?  Then come to the First Annual Burgundy and Gold Party on August 23rd at a classic DC establishment, F. Scott’s.  For $100 you will down as many brews or cocktails (read: open bar!) that your heart desires.  Don’t fear the early pass out though.  1789 Restaurant will be on hand with plenty of food to keep your (beer) belly plenty full.  As if dining and imbibing in a civilized fashion with other Redskins fans aren’t enough, you will also have a chance to win prizes (select game tickets and sports memorabilia, courtesy of the Sports Action Committee).

Thanks to the Sports Action Committee for producing this event.  Your Hosts for that evening are: Sam Farnum, Brendan Martin, Wright Sigmund and Josh Thomas (all rough and tough, yet baby faced, clean cut young men who are pillars of the community).

Tickets will go quickly, so BUY NOW.

F. Scott’s is located at 1226 36th Street, NW and the event Time is August 23rd 10pm - August 24th 2am.
