This week’s Leo birthdays

A friend and I were discussing how when we were kids, we felt like we were the only ones with the “summer non-cupcake making” birthdays.  You know what we are talking about.  The kids whose birthdays it was during the school season got to bring in cupcakes and had a special day all day at school.  For those with “summer birthdays”, we got NADA.  Finally, someone had the brilliant idea in my school to combine all of the summer birthdays in the class so we all got to celebrate, albeit together on the same day.  So, it wasn’t the totally like the school season birthday parties, but at least we got some recognition.  Perhaps this is why so many of us with summer (especially Leos) birthdays must have our own special blow out celebrations?  We are making up for lost time?  Either way, this month has been jam packed with great parties and will continue to be.
