As promised a few updates are coming in pertaining to the 20th Annual Love Letters for Literacy which is brought to us by The Washington Literacy Center and its esteemed Honorary Congressional Host Committee.

at The National Museum of Women in the Arts
1250 New York Avenue Northwest,Washington, DC

The live auction will be emceed by former Sen. Don Nickles (R-OK), which should be hoot. Some of the items include amazing earrings donated by Shah & Shah and four tickets to a Chairman’s Screening at the Motion Picture Association of America’s private theater. The robust silent auction will have attractive items like Orioles tickets, tickets to an event at Verizon Center, a private party at Urban Chic, and much more.  Le Village Marche in Shirlington is providing gift bags for all of the event attendees, which will include goodies from the store, as well as olive oil from Ah Love Oil & Vinegar.
