Vans Warped Tour hits DC

Dear Loyal Punch Readers, awhile back we had mentioned that the Vans Warped Tour, which is hitting markets across the country all summer, had partnered with EarthEcho International to be the most eco-friendly tour ever.  The bands who are a part of the Tour are more of the "punk" genre, therefore, most of the attendees fall into the younger set.  These young folks also live to "take action."   The kids are taking action on a number of different levels, like contests, but please check out this link to find out more as to how the Tour, EarthEcho, and the hundreds of thousands of young Americans are doing their part to make a difference.  http://www.earthecho.org/warped/ecoHome.html
