Windows Catering Launches “Windows After-Hours”
Unique group cooking classes that build stronger relationships with clients, co-workers and friends
Alexandria, VA – Windows Catering Company, launches its “Windows After-Hours” division that offers hands-on group cooking classes with world-class chefs – Pasquale Ingenito and Laurent Lhuillier. Companies looking for a way to build stronger relationships with their teams and clients can cook together and enjoy the fruits of their labor in one of Windows’ the state-of-the-art tasting rooms. “I feel like I am on the Food Network. This is very exciting!” commented a guest at the dessert workshop with Chef Lhuiller, 2005 USA Pastry Champion, who is a frequent guest on the popular cooking channel.

In each personalized dinner cooking class, guests can choose what meals they will cook, from tapas to sushi, with the expert help of Windows’ chefs. “Staff members who normally don’t work together often had the unique opportunity to team up and prepare fabulous meals – it was fun, engaging and very beneficial to our entire office,” raves an executive of TBA Global Events after participating in a Windows’ cooking class and dinner.

Windows Catering Company currently offers Dessert workshops and Dinner classes:
·       Dessert workshops with chef Laurent Lhuillier can accommodate up to 12 people and start at $145 per person. Price includes all supplies, light snacks and a tasting of all the desserts covered in the class. Advanced classes are available by appointment only.
·       Dinner classes can accommodate up to 20 people and start at $250 per person. Price includes all supplies, personal training with the chefs in preparation of hors d’oeuvres, first courses, main courses and desserts. Prepared dinner is served in the on-premise tasting rooms. Dinner classes are available by appointment only. Wine pairings are available upon request.
